C.A.R.S. Application Guidelines

1.  Attends Fox River Christian Church (3 months of regular attendance)
2. Vehicle less than 20 years old
3. Must Provide:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Vehicle Title: registered in applicant’s name
  • Proof of insurance
  • Proof of income from last 30 days (paystub) To qualify must earn 150% or below the
  • Federal poverty level. (see chart here)

No engine or transmission repairs

C.A.R.S. Donation Guidelines

  1. Any donated car will be accepted.
  2. Body damage does not disqualify a car from donation.
  3. We will not accept any donation we can not tow (dump truck, bus, etc.).
  4. We will accept any auto that can be scrapped for money.
  5. If you tow in your car personally please contact us through e-mail, cars@foxriverchristian.org, for approval first.
  6. We will not tow a car in from out of state.
  7. As a general rule, we will tow a car within a 30 mile radius of C.A.R.S.  Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.  Please e-mail cars@foxriverchristian.org for the possibility of an exemption.
  8. Monetary donations are accepted and appreciated to help fuel the C.A.R.S ministry.
