Fulltime Position

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrive punctually according to your work schedule.
• Complete Child Protection training annually.
• Attend quarterly staff meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Warmly welcome children and parents upon arrival.
• Communicate with parents to gather essential information, such as child protection needs and allergies.
• Ensure all children and their belongings are properly tagged for safety and identification (e.g., child protection, allergies, diaper bags).
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that foster learning and fun.
• Encourage and assist children in cleaning up toys and books after playtime.
• Collaborate with the coordinator to ensure snack safety, paying special attention to allergy concerns.
• Greet parents during pickup, verify security tags, and safely hand over children and belongings.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by putting toys away, wiping down tables and counters, vacuuming as needed, and emptying trash.
