Now in Use!
We’re excited to share that the Upward Pavilion is now fully built and already being used for our Upward season! What started as a dream—made possible through your generosity and faith-filled prayers—has come to life in the best way. Just last year, we laid the foundation stones, each marked with names of loved ones, and gathered in prayer over this meaningful space. And now? It’s filled with energy, encouragement, and community as families and kids gather each week. Thank you for being part of the story!

Exciting News: Upward Pavilion Construction Begins!
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the Upward Pavilion project at our South Campus!
The weekend of September 7/8 2024, we celebrated a significant milestone with a prayer and groundbreaking ceremony, marking the start of construction that will commence in the coming weeks. This is an exciting development for Upward Sports, which stands as one of Fox River’s key community outreach initiatives.
Upward Sports is dedicated to teaching the value of knowing your purpose in Christ while enhancing athletic skills. Through this program, thousands of families have been introduced to the Good News of Jesus.
Our church’s mission is to reach people with the message of Jesus, and we are committed to sustaining this mission for generations to come. Your generous support makes it possible for Fox River to host events like the Back to School Blessing and continue offering impactful programs such as Upward Sports.

Colin Strebe Memorial Fund generously donated $380,000 to the Upward Sport Pavilion.
Last year, Fox River launched the Light The Way initiative to spread the message of Jesus in four ways:
- Donating 10% of funds to global missionaries.
- Opening a new North Waukesha campus by Easter.
- Improving the flooring at the Muskego Campus for safety and comfort.
- Building a community pavilion at the South Campus for Upward Teams and families.
We’ve successfully opened the North Campus and received positive feedback from missionaries!
The Muskego Campus flooring costs are higher than expected, and we’re actively seeking financial and structural solutions, with ongoing meetings involving Pastor Rob, engineers, and construction companies.
The pavilion’s construction timeline depends on full financial funding. We have an update and an invite regarding this project.
North Waukesha Campus is Open!
The North Campus opened Easter Sunday 2024 and many decisions have been made to accept Jesus as one’s Lord and Savior and we believe this is just the beginning! Four small groups started in the last month and the Spanish speaking ministry is preparing for their first event in June and many other amazing things are happening. We cannot wait to see what else God will do!

Last fall, Fox River committed to extending the Good News of Jesus further in our community by opening a new campus on the north side of Waukesha and simultaneously increasing sponsorship and funding for international missionaries sharing the love of Jesus. 10% of all the monies that have been donated through Light The Way have gone towards international missions. Jon is one of those supported missionaries and you have been an important part in the reach and future ministry in Kenya through Jon. Thank you for your financial generosity.
