Part time Position
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend services at Fox River to engage with the community.
- Recruit, train, and build strong relationships with volunteers.
- Download and prepare curriculum lessons for teaching.
- Gather necessary supplies for lessons.
- Collaborate with the Early Childhood Coordinator to ensure adequate service coverage.
- Address questions and provide support to volunteers.
- Create and manage volunteer schedules.
- Participate in team meetings to foster collaboration.
- Attend one-on-one meetings with the director for feedback and guidance.
- Attend all-staff meetings to stay informed and connected.
- Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies during services.
- Maintain attendance records and perform data entry for headcounts.
- Adhere to Child Protection guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
