Hey Moms,
I’m excited to spend Mother’s Day with you. I’m preparing a message that will not only speak to the hearts of moms, but to everyone in attendance. I’m looking forward to sharing my story with you and encouraging us all to keep seeking after God no matter what season you are in. Be sure to invite your friends and family; this Mother’s Day weekend will be one of encouragement for everyone.

About Kristen
Kristen is a speaker, educator and licensed therapist who strives to use her testimony to reach the hearts, minds and souls of women with a goal of pointing them towards Jesus. Kristen is a mom by adoption raising 3 teenagers who sometimes to refer to her as “bruh”. Kristen chases after any opportunity to tell others that God cares about their emotional health and beautifully merges her lived experiences to show others that healing is possible. Kristen currently works as a Clinical Therapist in Crisis Intervention, volunteers on the Prayer Team and Biblical Counseling teams at Fox River, and is proud to be a Retired Navy Veteran.

Flowers have long been cherished on Mother’s Day at Fox River. Another meaningful tradition we hold dear is the Special Blessing extended to all moms (and those who may be hurting due to the absence of their own mom) during our services. We understand this weekend can evoke both joy and pain, and it’s our priority to ensure every mom feels honored, valued, and embraced by God’s love. Whatever you may be facing, please know you are not alone. We extend a warm invitation for you to be part of this meaningful weekend.
